If you don’t have the time to carefully and lovingly make your own Al pastor marinade, La Anita’s is the next best thing. Packed full of the authentic ingredients of Guajillo, Ancho and Pasilla chillis you can create great tasting tacos al pastor. We have had great results using it on roasted cauliflower and butternut squash as well as traditional meats.

Storage:

Keep in a dry, cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 5 days.

Description

Water, garlic, chilli mixture (guajillo chilli, ancho chilli, pasilla chilli) spatial mix (achiote, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, cumin) herbal mixture (onion, oregano, thyme, bay leaf) salt. Acetic acid (E260) dehydrated pineapple, dehydrated orange, 0.1% Sodium benzoate (E211) and potassium sorbate (E202) as preservatives, xanthan gum (E415), yellow dye 6 (E110).
