Our soft corn tortillas are made with 100% gluten free nixtamalised corn flour with no preservatives. The 14cm size is perfect for tacos, quesadillas, taquitos, tortilla chips and tostadas.

Made with 100% gluten free nixtamalized corn flour with no preservatives. Lightly toasted to be heated on a comal or dry frying pan. Sealed in biodegradable packaging.

Shelf Life

We place a 4-5 day best before date on our tortillas (depending on the time of year). This is based on the assumption they spend up to 24 hours ambient in the transit system followed by being stored in the fridge. If you do not refrigerate our tortillas you can expect the tortillas to last as long as other fresh breads (1-2 days).

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing for up to 1 month.

We consider our tortillas to be the best available. While other tortillas lack the corn taste, ours will transport you to Mexico with their authentic flavour. Some tortillas are brittle with cardboard-like texture, ours are beautifully soft while maintaining strength and malleability.
