About Our Tortillas
Our 14cm soft corn tortillas are available in white or blue corn and are ideal for tacos, quesadillas, taquitos, tortilla chips and tostadas.
One pack is approximately 300g and contains a minimum of 14 tortillas.
Our tortillas are made using premium nixtamalised corn flour with no preservatives. They are produced fresh at our tortilleria for the flavour, texture and flexibility you would expect from authentic corn tortillas.
Why buy fresh tortillas?
Making corn tortillas yourself can be rewarding, but getting the dough consistency, thickness and cooking just right takes time and practice. Our tortillas give you the convenience of a consistent, freshly made tortilla without having to make each batch from scratch.
Simply heat them properly before serving and they become soft, flexible and ready for filling.
How To Heat & Use Them
For soft tacos and quesadillas
Heat each tortilla on a dry frying pan or comal over medium-high heat for approximately 10โ15 seconds on each side.
Once heated, place the tortillas inside a tortilla warmer or wrap them in a clean folded tea towel. This steaming step helps keep them soft and flexible.
For tortilla chips or tostadas
Deep fry at approximately 180ยฐC for around 3 minutes, or bake at approximately 180ยฐC for around 9 minutes, depending on your oven and desired crispness.

Storage & Freshness
Storage
Refrigerate your tortillas as soon as they arrive and keep them stored according to the instructions on the packet.
They are also suitable for home freezing. For best quality, use within 1 month of freezing.
Shelf life
Our tortillas are a fresh product with no preservatives and are given a 5-day best-before date from the day of production.
This shelf life assumes normal delivery transit followed by refrigeration as soon as the tortillas are received.
