MASA TORTILLAS
At MASA Tortillas, we are dedicated to making the freshest and most authentic tasting tortillas that will transport you to Mexico. We are a small independent business producing fresh tortillas four days a week from our unit in Redfield, Bristol. You’ll probably smell the wonderful corn before you see us, tucked away in a little industrial estate.
Our tortilla machine works hard to cut and perfectly toast white and blue corn tortillas, perfect for tacos, quesadillas, tortilla chips and more. Our tortillas are gluten-free, GMO-free and preservative free whilst maintaining a wonderful corn taste. Our soft corn tortillas, masa harina (corn flour), and other Mexican and Latin American ingredients are available to buy from our online store or by paying us a visit during our opening hours.

Tortillas are the cornerstone of Mexican cooking. These nutritious flat-breads, originally called ‘tlaxcalli’ by the mesoamericans, have been around for thousands of years. Our tortillas are made from nixtamalised corn with zero preservatives and are naturally gluten free.
Soft corn tortillas can be used for a huge range of dishes. Tacos and quesadillas are the most popular use for soft corn tortillas but they can also be fried or baked with excellent results into tortilla chips, tostadas, croutons for soups and salads, taquitos, enchiladas and more.
Freshness Guarantee
The only tortillas in the UK covered by a “Freshness Guarantee”. We want you to experience our tortillas at their absolute best. Our preservative free tortillas have a short 5 day shelf life, much like other fresh breads but we guarantee their freshness. However you receive your tortillas, whether by Royal Mail, collection or cycle courier we will guarantee their freshness or replace them for free.
