Packed full of the authentic ingredients of Guajillo, Ancho and Pasilla chillis you can create great tasting tacos al pastor. We have had great results using it on roasted cauliflower and butternut squash as well as traditional meats.

Water, garlic, chilli mixture (guajillo chilli, ancho chilli, pasilla chilli) spatial mix (achiote, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, cumin) herbal mixture (onion, oregano, thyme, bay leaf) salt. Acetic acid (E260) dehydrated pineapple, dehydrated orange, 0.1% Sodium benzoate (E211) and potassium sorbate (E202) as preservatives, xanthan gum (E415), yellow dye 6 (E110).
