Small Tortilla Press

Quality 16cm cast iron tortilla press – made in Mexico.
For making tortillas up to 12cm.
Instructions:
Line the press with cling film or a food bag. Make your masa up into ping pong sized balls and place in the tortilla press. Press down and peel off carefully. Dry fry on a comal or frying pan for 30-40 seconds on each side – do not be tempted to move the tortilla or flip prematurely. Place cooked tortillas in a tortilla warmer (sold separately) or a clean tea towel.
