This is the second addition to our hot sauce range. A versatile habanero hot sauce that finds that perfect balance of heat and flavour.

This hot sauce will soon be setting up camp on your dining table.  This perfectly balanced recipe combines fruity habanero heat with a mellow carrot base and citrus from a squeeze of lime. You’ll start off adding it to tacos and quesadillas and soon be slapping it on everything from mac & cheese to pizza.

Storage:

Keep in a dry, cool place at room temperature. Once opened, close tight and keep in a cool, dry place.

White wine vinegar, carrot, habanero chilli pepper, onion, water, Lime Juice (Potassium Metabisulphate), Garlic, Sea Salt.
