Directions:
Mix 2 cups of Yellow Masa Harina with 1 ¼ cups water and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth, then press with a tortilla press, tortilladora, or rolling pin. Cook on a hot skillet, griddle, or frying pan for 50 seconds each side. Keep warm in a tortilla warmer or wrapped in a clean tea towel.
