We are proud to launch our very own hot sauce. This sauce has been in the making since we were slinging tacos from our taco truck. It reminds us of sitting on the beach in Puerto Escondido sipping a cold Indio beer and dipping tortilla chips into a pot of hot salsa verde.

This Central American classic combines citrus flavours of tomatillos and lime with the heat of jalapeno (and a few sneaky ghost peppers), balanced out with some fresh coriander and sea salt.

Hotter than your average salsa verde, this sauce is perfect for topping tacos, quesadillas and nachos or just dipping totopos with a beer.

Storage:

Keep in a dry, cool place at room temperature. Once opened, close tight and keep in a cool, dry place.
