In Mexico there are literally hundreds of mole recipes. There are also notoriously hundreds on ingredients, each one secret to their maker.
This is the best jarred Mole we have tasted. It has a little cacao to give it some sweetness and balances the savoury notes. It goes excellently with chicken or vegetarian alternatives such as jackfruit or seitan to make tacos, quesadillas or enchiladas.
Storage:
Keep in a dry, cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 5 days.
