What is Masa Harina? Masa harina (Dough flour) is the traditional flour used to make tortillas. A dough from specially treated corn.
Mix 2 cups of Masa with 1 1/4 cups water and a pinch of salt. Mix and knead dough and press using a tortilla press, tortilladora or rolling pin.
Place on a hot skillet, griddle or frying pan for 50 seconds each side and place in a tortilla warmer or stack inside a clean tea towel to keep warm.
